Probably the most asked question, absolutely yes, we’re here for an informal chat or site meeting to discuss what you require. From this we can produce initial drawings, schemes and budgets.
The second most asked question, Planning Permission is not required in all cases. Depending on the type and size of your project you may be able to avoid planning. We can advise of this during the initial meeting stage.
Once we have a set of working drawings and a specification we will provide you with a quote detailing all areas of the project, our aim is to achieve total transparency and trust.
Obviously all projects are different and as such time scale vary considerably. What we do promises at Bridgewater Development Ltd is that your project will have it’s own dedicated site manager who will be on site every day along with his allocated work force. Your project will be the total focus of that manager. Barring extreme weather or circumstances we will be on site all day, ensuring your project is finished in the shortest possible time.
