Bridgewater Development Ltd was commissioned by the new owners of Ireleth Filling Station to deliver a complete redevelopment of the site. The brief was to modernise the garage and significantly increase the retail space, transforming the facility into a more functional and appealing hub for the local community.

Much of the underground fuel storage infrastructure had fallen into disrepair and was beyond economical repair. As a result, we carried out a full demolition of the outdated buildings and decommissioned and removed redundant fuel tanks and pipework.

We designed and built a smart new facility that blends contemporary design with the charm of the village setting. The new development maximises the limited available footprint, incorporating a well-stocked mini-mart with modern staff and storage facilities. The forecourt was fully refurbished with new pumps and canopy works to complete the transformation.
