Bridgewater Development Ltd was approached by a client looking to construct a new garage within a tight space at the rear of their property. Due to limited access and changes in ground level, the project required careful planning and the construction of retaining walls to create a safe, stable base for the build.

In addition to the garage, the client wanted the surrounding external areas improved to create a clean, functional, and visually cohesive finish.

Working within the constraints of the site, we constructed the necessary retaining walls before building the new garage, ensuring long-term structural stability and efficient use of the available space.

Once the garage was complete, we moved on to the external works, which included transforming the driveway and installing composite decking. All stages of the project were managed in-house, using our own machinery and experienced team to keep the build efficient, cost-effective, and on schedule.
