The build included several structural alterations while the customer continued living in the property. This involved three knock-throughs to transform the flow of the home:

• Opening up the kitchen to create a more spacious layout
• Connecting the dining room to the new garden room
• Opening up a bedroom to create a walk-in dressing room and en-suite, with access to the rear garden

Alongside these structural changes, we also completed a number of additional improvements to the property.

• Re-roofed the rear of the property
• Installed new fascias and soffits
• Fitted a fire door between the kitchen and garage
• Built a stud wall to house sliding pocket doors, allowing the lounge and kitchen to be separated when needed

Despite the scale of the work, the entire project was completed in just eight weeks, including the Christmas period.
