This property and the one shown immediately above are actually mirror images of the same house design. We constructed similar extensions to both but the overall finished appearance is very different. However, what isn’t obviously apparent is the new from the old, careful blending and material selection has allowed us to produce two very individual houses that outwardly appear totally original
A large kitchen extension blends into an 18 century stone built house, replicating its original smooth render and natural slate finishes, a coat of external paint and this recent addition became indistinguishable from the original building.
A large extension to a 1960’s semi-detached house, we provided a mirror image to the front elevation as well extending down the side with a sun room to the rear. Again all focus was on providing a seamless and almost invisible transition from old to new.

We can even offer painting and flooring services by utilising one of our trusted contractors.
